History of Bamboo Massage
Bamboo has been suggested to be used by the ancient civilisations in a variety of ways such as to make musical instruments, agricultural tools or as part of rituals and healing connotations. Prior to the invention of paper the Chinese used bamboo to record their history on thin strips of bamboo.
Today In certain parts of the world, since its early beginnings the stalks of bamboo still symbolises strength, peace prosperity and associations to body work still remain. Today bamboo massage has become a widely accepted therapy which has grown popular all over the world to promote and maintain health and well-being.
Three visits to Nick in 3 weeks and to my amazement not only did I make the start line but I ran the 26 miles, non-stop in under 4 hours, without any problems with my calf muscle..
