History of Facial Rejuvenation
The origins of the therapy dates back approximately over 3,000 years to ancient times of Ayurveda including Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).
Ayurveda is an Indian healing system meaning ‘The Science of Life’ combined with TCM both focus on the individual’s health such as their emotional, spiritual and physical well-being. As well as balancing the individual’s well-being on all levels a great emphasis is on massage and acupressure points to promote and maintain health, beauty and well-being.
By combining both ancient theories with a practical approach the therapy has become very popular especially with people that suffer with product allergies as the therapy can be performed without the use of massage mediums such as oils or creams.
