Muscle and Joint pain
There are various reasons why we experience muscle and joint pain; obvious causes include bodily trauma from accidents, injury and pathological (disease) conditions. Though there are other causes that may be attributed to such as; poor posture, incorrect movement patterns and repetitive movements during our working, sedentary lifestyles and sporting activities.
Furthermore our emotions can manifest as pain such as; work stress, incidents that have affected us on a deep psychological level and for longstanding pain, our beliefs regarding our bodily conditions e.g. ‘I have a weak/damaged spine'.

No1 Pain Relief Clinic. Well that says it all..... Nick has successfully treat me for tennis elbow and ( unspecified but very painful) hip pain, his knowledge and ability is astonishing, I have seen Physiotherapists before and to be honest was very skeptical about their efficacy, but Nick is something else.
