A great experience! I went in for a sports massage because I had some back and shoulder pain, but Nick was much more thorough - he quickly found the source of these issues, walked me through a number of stretches before the massage, and then provided me with some exercises that I could do at home to prevent the issue. Top notch!

I had a sports massage concentrated on my left shoulder. It helped a lot. Would recommend for anyone struggling with injury. 

Had an amazing deep tissue massage with Nick. He is so thorough  before he starts on understanding problem areas, causes and quickly  rectifying them. I hadn’t been for a while but I’ll definitely be back  more regularly.

Easy to book on the internet and the website was excellent and very informative.

Went to see Nick and have since spent a wonderful pain free week. Today I rode my horse and for the first time in months I was able to mount unaided, as normally I have to use some form of step or fence etc. to mount. At 71 I had put the pain and inability to get on down to age wrong .........this great grandma is back in the saddle pain free.
