Reflexology

Having been under NHS  telephone physio appointments for several months without any real  success with knee and achilles pain, I sought face to face support.  I came across The No. 1 Pain Relief Clinic purely by chance and what a  find Nick was/is.

Absolutely amazing, he talked me through my issues, completed my  personal exercise programme but what I found the most uplifting was  Nicks calm and relaxed manner, felt as if I'd know him for years. He is soo supportive and reassuring and for me, I now feel there is  definitely light at the end of my pain tunnel. 

Managed to book an Holistic appointment as well, reflexology WOW,  fantastic.
