Nick has supported/treated me for bouts of Sciatica for around 6 years. Even though there can be long periods of time when I haven’t visited, he recalls every fact about my back/leg problems so we can get straight to treatment using a variety of means from manipulation and massage to ultrasound. I’ve also benefitted from complimentary therapies including Reiki and Acupuncture.

Nick supports your programme of recovery with personalised exercises which he demonstrates with you before receiving video guides and fact sheets by email.

In this day and age, it’s important to be proactive with one’s own health and therefore I would highly recommend this business.

Having had a bad  experience of Reiki elsewhere, I didn't know what to expect from my first  proper Reiki treatment. 

Nick was professional and explained everything  thoroughly before treatment started.  I felt amazing afterwards and the  effects are increasing as the days pass (which I gather they do).  He  told me the areas he felt I had issues and he was absolutely correct. 

I've now booked on a two day course to take level 1 in a few months  time, but I'll be back before then for another treatment.  An excellent  experience...

My partner and I attended a Reiki Level 1 course with Nick, we both found it very interesting both the theory and practical side, Nick was a great teacher and provided us with all the written information we need to practice our Reiki.

We are both looking forward to doing our Reiki 2 course in 9 months. 

My Reiki treatment with Nick was deeply relaxing, I felt like my mind and body had been re-booted and I came away feeling totally chilled and gradually, over the coming days, I realised that I was free of much of the tension, worries and anxieties that had been troubling me - I had slowed down and started making better choices - more towards self-care.
