I came to Nick with two injuries that I’ve had for years (Achilles and Rotator Cuff) and pretty much been fobbed off by the NHS and physios alike.
Nick took the time to go through everything with me and set a stretching and exercise program for me. Two weeks in and so far, so good, I do feel like the exercises are helping and also the advice Nick has given me on what I can and can’t do with my body. He has also provided me with a program to start building up running again when I feel like the Achilles has settled down enough to begin that activity.
Nick has reiterated throughout though, that the exercises must be done, and patience is required and not to ‘run before you can walk’ quite literally!!
All in all I would recommend Nick to anyone who is frustrated with ongoing nagging injuries or any injuries for that matter, so if you’re thinking about it just give him a call and get booked in.
