I cannot thank you enough for your knowledge, time investment and help. I had genuinely written off the forthcoming skiing holiday being in so much pain since Christmas. Given I only came to you with two weeks to go, your assessment and treatment must have been bang on. I have continued with the exercises but have so far been completely pain free which is remarkable.
