Surgical Rehabilitation

After suffering with a long standing injury for a number of years and being treated by a variety of people, I eventually 'found' Nick and after a few sessions he managed to sort me out.

I have since found that a number of other people value his services and I would have no hesitation in recommending him for prompt, caring and effective treatment.

After a difficult recovery from spine surgery, I have been seeing Nick for the last few months and have been so impressed with him. He's helped me get some control back in my body, helped me stretch out my painful scar tissue that was starting to press on the spinal nerve again, given me exercises to do that have gotten me out of an incredible level of pain at the beginning of the year and slowly get my life back. 

With a combination of manual therapy, teaching me how to strengthen and lengthen at home, to advice on how to progress and regain my fitness and adaptations I'd need in the gym as part of my recovery program, nothing has been too much trouble for him. I'm recommending him to everyone, he's made such a difference to my recovery, and I'm now able to look forward to seeing my first client back at work next week. Thanks Nick
