This Gift Voucher may only be redeemed once, may not be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost and is non-transferable. The gift voucher must be presented when exchanging for goods or services at The No1 Pain Relief Clinic. Valid for nine months from date of issue.
No photocopies will be accepted. Cancellation of a booking with less than 24 hours notice will render the voucher null & void.
